Atohl's End Marks the End of the Game's First Half

After you defeat Dragon Mummy, it is revealed in the following cutscenes that the head of SEED, Gideon, is responsible for the recent losses of Rune Energy. As such your character decides to temporarily leave SEED until things are resolved. Although you are no longer a ranger at SEED, you are still able to use the facilities as if you were one so don't worry too much about the sudden in change in the story's development.

Monsters Cannot be Caught for Some Time

As you are no longer a ranger for SEED, Livia takes you spell seal for the time being. Any Wanted Monsters that you encounter cannot be captured so make sure finished any Wanted Monster missions before clearing this mission.

Tips for Clearing Atohl's End

Break Cracked Walls to Get the Turtle Shield

A new dungeon gimmick, cracked walls, appears in Atohl's End. You can use your hammer to break cracked walls to proceed further in the dungeon, as well as get new items like the Turtle Shield. Make sure you break every cracked wall that you see.

Equip the Iron Edge Weapon

Similar to the Steel Edge Dual Blade Weapon, the Iron Edge is very powerful weapon that can defeat enemies quickly due to its fast attack speed. Equip it as soon as you find it.

Defeat Magicians and Elementalists as Quickly as Possible

Magicians and Elementalists are enemies that can launch powerful attacks from a distance. Combined with the atacks of other enemies, it is easy to be overwhlemed by their attacks if left unchecked. Make sure to defeat any Magician or Elementalist first if you happen to spot them in a group of enemies.

Watch Out For Its Flying Limb Attack

Dragon Mummy will sometimes try to attack you by launching its limbs at you. It is a two-part attack, and if you get hit by the first attack, you cannot dodge the second. It is possible to die if you get hit with this attack, so dodge it at all costs.

Run Away When You See Dragon Mummy Charging

When you see a series of red rings surrounding Dragon mummy, run away as far as you can from him. After he finishes charging this attack, Dragon Mummy will jump high in the air and slam into the ground, attempting to squish you.
