Fish Variety Contest Basic Information

The Fish Variety Contest starts at 11:00 AM. Players must first talk to Simone to first register for the contest – afterwards, between the time players sign up and the time the contest ends (18:00), players will need to Fish around the different fishing spots in the world and submit them to Simone between 17:00 and 18:00 PM.

The goal of the Fish Variety Contest is to submit as many unique types of Fish as you can to Simone before the day or contest is over. A minimum of at least 15 different types of fish is needed to win first place. Although difficult, it is possible to win the contest by fishing around the easily available Fishing Spots around Rigbarth – the recommended way, however, is to progress the story to have access to more spots.

Fish that you have previously caught prior to joining the contest will not be counted. Only fish caught after talking to Simone and joining the contest will be included in the competition. Your character will remark on the number of fishes you've caught with each fish you catch during the contest's time period.
