How to Date Fuuka and Romance Events

Increase Friendship Level to 7
Apart from not being married, players who wish to start dating Fuuka with the eventual goal of marrying her must first raise the friendship level they have with her to at least Level 7. This can be done by giving her gifts that she Likes or Loves, while avoiding any that she may dislike or hate.
Aside from giving gifts, players can also perform select activities with characters to raise the Friendship Level, such as going on adventures with them.
Complete Two Romance Events

There are two Romance Events that players can partake in to complete one other requirement for dating Fuuka – Shiny and Rigbarth Hide-and-Seek Championship. These Romance Events will usually have a pink scenario icon displaying over their starting locations on the map. You cannot receive more than one scenario at the same time.
Romance Events typically don't complete in a single day, so players must advance the date (sleep) when the continuation for the scenario no longer appears on the map. Some scenarios may also have their icons display outside of Rigbarth, so be sure to check the map carefully!
All Romance Events (Stories) and How to Unlock
Confess When Conditions Are Met
If you've met the conditions mentioned above, talk to Reinhard and press L or R when you see the "U-Um..." prompt. Then, select "I love you" to confess.
You will have a better chance at getting a successful outcome if you completed the conditions above. The more lovers you have, the less successful your confession will be.
Increase Friendship Level When Confessions Fail
Prior to confessing, it is recommended that players save their progress first. Failed confessions can simply be undone by reloading a save. To make confessions succeed, players can increase their Friendship Levels before trying again.
How to Marry Fuuka

Raise Friendship Level to 10
Once you have started dating Fuuka, you will be able to go on "dates". There are two types of dates that you can go on – Normal and Special Dates – with each giving players time to enjoy different destinations and developments.
In order to raise the Friendship Level to 10, players will need to go on these dates apart from giving gifts to Fuuka. Note however that being late by an hour of making a date will lead to fight between the player and their intended other.
Go on Three Dates
The first three times players go on a date with Fuuka will all be considered as "Special" Dates. Completing these three will generate a Romance Story, which helps to raise the Friendship Level significantly and is also required for you to get the "Get Ready for Marriage Request".
Clear the Get Ready for Marriage Request
Getting Engagement Rings

After completing the Romance Story, you'll be able to receive the "Get Ready for Marriage" scenario at the bulletin board, which will unlock the recipe needed to get engagement rings.
Getting a Double Bed

Next after the rings, a Double Bed will be featured in Palmo's Shop. Purchase this from him when all resources have been gathered.
Meet All NPCs
Prior to getting married, players will need to have first completed the Main Story and meet all the NPCs there are in Rigbarth. Doing this will allow the player to progress forwards with their plans of marriage.
Complete Walkthrough and Story Guide
Propose
Once all the Marriage Conditions have been met, players can now propose to Fuuka using the engagement ring. When players propose and arrive at the designated area the next day, an event will occur and a wedding will be held, which completes the marriage.
To propose, open the rucksack with the + button and hold the engagement ring in your hand. Afterwards, simply hand it to Fuuka!
