You can get a Spring Blossom Ticket just by logging in during the Spring Blossom Fest! You can get one every day, along with some Lucky Vouchers, so try to log in daily if you want to farm them.
Spring Blossom Fest
You can also get Spring Blossom Tickets through completing Limited Bounties. These change every day during a Fest, so keep an eye out for them!
Bounties
You can forge the Blossom armor set at the Smithy using your Spring Blossom Tickets. You can also get the layered version if you just want the look without affecting your build.
As always, you can also craft a Spring Blossom-themed outfit for your Palico! Spring Blossom Tickets can give your Palico cute butterfly wings and a wand to match.
