You can get a Spring Blossom Ticket just by logging in during the Spring Blossom Fest! You can get one every day, along with some Lucky Vouchers, so try to log in daily if you want to farm them.

Blossom Armor Set
You can forge the Blossom armor set at the Smithy using your Spring Blossom Tickets. You can also get the layered version if you just want the look without affecting your build.
Butterfly Palico Armor Set
As always, you can also craft a Spring Blossom-themed outfit for your Palico! Spring Blossom Tickets can give your Palico cute butterfly wings and a wand to match.
