    In this post, the materials needed to craft tier 2 and tier 3 are the exact same Items. I’ve personally crafted tier 2 critical charm, but tier 3 requires something else other than tempered crown horn.... I’ve already slayed tempered Velkahna and received many tempered crown horns, but I still have an item with three red ???’s.... any help would be great. -Thanks
