Raise your Hunter Rank by completing quests and going on hunts in Monster Hunter Now. Learn how to raise your rank and earn experience points here.
List of Contents

To raise your Hunter Rank, you need to earn Hunter Rank Points (HRP) by playing the game, which involves tasks such as clearing quests and defeating large monsters.

One of the easiest ways to gain more Hunter Rank Points is simply to defeat any large monster you encounter. Hunter Rank Points are among the rewards you'll receive after every successful hunt, so be sure to do this if you want to rank up faster.

You can also earn Hunter Rank Points by completing quests. Each quest will have different objectives that offer Hunter Points as rewards. Make sure to complete all of them to get more points and rank up.

It is also recommended to complete all your daily quests to get more Hunter Rank Points. This is also one of the only ways to get more Hunter Rank Points after you have completed all the Chapter Quests in the game.

Certain events, such as Qualily's Special Quests, can also help you get more Hunter Rank Points. If you see these special events active, don't forget to participate to get more HRPs!

You can get a variety of items for free as you progress in the game. Starting from the Prologue (at Hunter Rank 1) up until you reach Hunter Rank 11, you'll receive free items such as zenny and paintballs, and even gems.
How to Get Gems and What to Spend On
Starting at Hunter Rank 20, you'll receive a fixed set of rewards every ten levels, including 1000 Zenny, 1 Wander Orb, and 1 Paintball. No other rewards are given between levels for now unless they change the reward system in future updates. Also, you can only obtain these rewards up to Hunter Rank 50.
