Use to Skip Hunt-a-thon Cooldowns

After completing a Hunt-a-thon, you'll be unable to join another one for 180 minutes or 3 hours. When you use an Ultra Hunting Ticket, the cooldown will be set to zero, allowing you to keep doing Hunt-a-thons as long as you have tickets.
