Legiana is extremely weak to Fire, so Fire weapons like Anjanath weapons are recommended against this monster. It is also recommended to upgrade such weapons to Grade 4 and above so you can deal enough DPS to kill this monster within the time limit.
Legiana takes more damage from attacks to its head and wings. Melee hunters should consider having Lock On to focus attacks on these parts to maximize damage.
Legiana's attacks are mostly full frontal assaults, so it's great to stay on its side to be safe. The monster is usually hovering above ground most of the time, so aim for the legs if you can't reach its wings!
The monster will occasionally execute an aerial swooping attack that deals a lot of damage when it hits. Make sure to avoid this by rolling backwards while it is charging or time your dodge for a Perfect Dodge!
