MH Now - Small Bone
Small Bone		 All Areas
MH Now - Large Bone
Large Bone		 Desert Only

Large Bones Can Only Appear in Deserts

Monster Hunter Now - Desert Large Bones

Large Bones can only be obtained from large bonepiles, which only spawn in Desert Biomes. To get more Large Bones, either find a nearby desert biome or wait for your biome to change after a day.
