This is a list of all the monsters appearing in higher frequency during the event. Take note of their weaknesses so you can prepare before going outside!
Special event quests will be available throughout both parts of the event. Clearing these quests will reward a special Monster Hunter 20th Anniversary Medal and rare monster materials like Rathian Plate and Diablos Marrow. Gatherable materials, including Carpenterbugs and Dragonite Ore, will also be part of the rewards.
Zinogre is guaranteed to always appear in Hunt-a-thons during Part 1 of the event. Use this chance to farm its materials at any Hunt-a-thon point.
Hunt-a-thons Guide and Release Date
Black Diablos, Pink Rathian, and Azure Rathalos will all be available during the event. For Part 1, they will also appear more frequently in the Desert, Swamp, and Forest biomes, respectively. Part 2 will see them appear in Hunt-a-thons.
Barioth will also have increased frequency in Forest habitats, making this the last chance to farm it for materials before it leaves on March 14th.
All monsters will appear more frequently during the event. Instead of the usual 3-hour cooldown, monsters will reappear after 1 hour instead!
Respawn Times: Gathering Points and Monsters
Part 2 of the event will begin on March 14, 2024, and will feature, The Vernal Invader, the next major update to Monster Hunter Now. It will feature new weapons and monsters. While the event is live, Odogaron and Tzitzi-Ya-Ku will appear more frequently on the field.
