Choo-Choo Station Mystery Quest Location

Go to Abandoned District

Choo-Choo Station Mystery is located at Abandoned District, in the region of Heartcraft Kingdom. Use the newly opened Skypass at the Handsome Lads Circus to get to the next Stonertree Island.

The Choo-Choo Station Mystery main quest will be unlocked once players complete Chapter 3: Stonewoods and Flight, with Petals, Glide!

Choo-Choo Station Mystery Walkthrough

Go to the Choo-Choo Station via the Skypass

Once the barricade has opened, head to the next Stonetree across the Handsome Lads Circus via the newly opened Skypass.

Make sure you have the Floral Gliding outfit selected as your ability.

Go to the Rescue Station

After the cutscene in front of the station, head into the station through the broken train and talk to Flora and her dad.

She sustained injuries from a fight and you will need Floragate Cloth from Ms. Wrench to patch her injuries

Search for the Heart Keeper, Ms. Wrench

Head up to the neighbouring Stonetree and find Ms. Wrench in front of a stage.

She says she has Floragate Cloth but that it's locked behind the Silvergale Whistle she built with her sister.

Use Purifying Orbs to Play the Melody

She will recite a poem to unlock the Silvergale Whistle. Follow the poem's order and use your Purifying Orbs to play the note.

The order goes like this:

1. Stonetree (Leftmost)
2. Sun (Rightmost)
3. Yellow Flowers (Left)
4. Sheep (Right)

Give the Floragate Cloth to Raggy

After receiving the Floragate Cloth from Ms. Wrench, head down to the Rescue Station and give the cloth to Raggy.

Flora will then tell you that her dad might have notes of the Wish Collector's whereabouts in his log at the Train Repair Station.

Find the Train Conductor's Log

The Train Repair Station is situated across the Stonetree where Ms. Wrench can be found.

Players can use the Stonetree Ms. Wrench is at as a jumping off point to glide to the Train Repair Station.

Purify the Esselings at the Train Repair Station.

There will be a bunch of Esselings at the Train Repair Station. Purify them all before looking for the log.

Read the Train Conductor's Log

The Train Conductor's Log is found on the left side of the station, outside a house across the Warp Spire.

After the cuscene, Raggy suggests heading to Prosperville to talk to the leader of the Forgotten Pieceys to grab some Super Delish Fish Jerky for the Catapult Seal King.

Talk to the Station Manager and activate the Skypass

Head to the Gliding Station across the house where a Catapult Seal is stationed.

Shoot yourself up and ride the Skypass and head even more up to talk to the manager to open the Skypass.
