Wishful Aurosa is located at Wishing Woods, in the region of Heartcraft Kingdom. The quest location is at the southmost part of Wishing Woods, before reaching the sea.

The Coming-of-Age Ceremony Quest Guide
You need to have the Wishful Aurosa Outfit and all the materials required to craft the miracle outfit.
Most of the materials needed for the outfit can be farmed all around the map, but there are exclusive materials that can only be obtained from defeating Sovereign Factions.
How to Get Wishful Aurosa Outfit
Craft the Wishful Aurosa Miracle Outfit by using the Aurosa gifted by Wish Master Giroda and awaken the unconscious.
Put on the Wishful Aurosa Miracle Outfit and talk to Wish Master Giroda south of Wishing Woods. Nikki explains to Giroda that the Miracle Outfit is inspired by The Wishing One, the Aurosa, the Aureum Vase, and her journey through Wishfield.
After talking to the Wish Master, a cutscene where Nikki and Giroda use the power of the Wishful Aurosa Miracle Outfit to wake up all the people affected by the Unexplained Coma Incidents and wakes them up.
Return to the Stylist's Guild in Florawish and report everything that happened in Wishing Woods to Dada. Dada also explains that Ms. Igrainne and Dorsey, Nonoy's Mother, have also woken up from the coma.
Dada also explains a quick overview of all of Miraland. She says that the Stylist's Guild views the world as a collection of scattered regions. The regions were once protected by different gods.
