The Truth is Close is located at Florawish, in the region of Heartcraft Kingdom. Entering the Florawish Guard's Office, southeast of Florawish, will immediately start this quest.

Go to the Florawish Guards' Office

Go to the Florawish Guards

After the events in the Wish Gathering, Giroda tells you that the Captain of the Florawish Guards is looking for Nikki. They say they have captured the Wish Envoy you encountered back in the Unexplained Coma Incidents quest.

This is the same Wish Envoy you've encountered by The Wishing One statue by the river.

Put on the Guard's Resolve Outfit and Enter the Interrogation Room

Put on the Guard

Inside the Florawish Guards' Office, you will meet Captain Hiya who will give the Guard's Resolve outfit. She tells you to put it on, then enter the interrogation at the northeast corner of the office, and talk to the Wish Envoy.

There will be a long, unskippable cutscene with the captured Wish Envoy, where he tells you all about the Unexplained Coma Incidents, who is the Prophet, and a secret ledger hidden somewhere in Breezy Meadow.

After having a long chat with the Wish Envoy, you report everything he said to Captain Hiya, along with Nonoy and Giroda. Captain Hiya will tell you to go over to Breezy Meadows and try to find that ledger quickly!
