How to Unlock Realm of Nourishment
Unlock the Factions Feature
Realm of Nourishment can be accessed once you unlock the Faction feature. This will happen after you progress the Unexplained Coma Incidents Quest! You'll know you're on the right track once you receive another message from Tokar.

Located Everywhere, Access by Warp Spires
Realm of Nourishment is located everywhere, and the same goes for all the Realm Challenges! All you have to do is teleport to a Warp Spire and interact with it.

How to Use Realm of Nourishment
Go to a Warp Spire
Head to the nearest Warp Spire within the area. If there aren't any nearby, you could open your map and simply teleport to one!
Pick an Ability Insight to Level Up
Once you're inside, talk to a Fufu to get Ability Insights.

What are Ability Insights?
Ability Insights are currencies you need to expand your Heart of Infinity. Thus, it is highly recommended to use your Vital Essence to get Ability Insights first!
Collect Crafting Materials
Other than Vital Energy, you need crafting materials to get Ability Insights. Note that each Ability Insight needs specific crafting materials. For example, if you want to get Fishing Insight, you must trade a fish to the Lazy Fufu.
Infuse Vital Energy
Once you have enough crafting materials, you must spend Vital Energy to claim it!

What is Realm of Nourishment?
Gives Ability Insights
The Realm of Nourishment gives Ability Insights, which you need alongside Whimstars to expand your Heart of Infinity. You gain stat boosts, ability upgrades, and, most importantly, ability outfit sketches in the Heart of Infinity.
Note that you get 1 Ability Insight when you do an ability action, such as Fishing, and Bug-Catching. However the Realm of Nourishment gives more in a shorter amount of time!

Released on December 5, 2024
The Realm Challenges were released on December 5, 2024, when Infinity Nikki's servers went live! The Realm of Nourishment is not locked behind any date but can only be unlocked depending on your quest progression!
