Mysterious Wishing Woods is located at Florawish, in the region of Heartcraft Kingdom. You need to return to the Stylist's Guild on the western side of Florawish.

Go to the Stylist's Guild

Go to the Stylist's Guild in Florawish and report back what happened in Abandoned District to Dada and Nonoy.

Go to the Entrance of Wish Pass Office

Wish Pass Office

The entrance to Wish Pass Office is located at the eastern end of Florawish. Giroda will meet you upon arriving at the location.

Talk to Guide Pida

Talk to Guide Pida at the entrance of Wish Pass Office to obtain the Interview Record Sheet, which is a quest item that will be used later in this quest. You will need to head into the cave of the Wish Pass Office afterward.

Talk to Interviewer Barabo and answer the “A stylist” option as the correct answer, to confirm your identity.

Talk to Interviewer Uoda

Talk to Interviewer Uoda and answer the “To investigate a case” option as the correct answer, once she asks what you are doing in Wishing Woods.

Talk to Interviewer Lolobo

Talk to Interviewer Lolobo and answer the “The Miracle Outfits” option as the correct answer to the final question in the Wish Pass Interview.

Get a Permit from the Supervisor

After finishing the Wish Pass Interview from the three Feawish Sprites, head to the Wish Pass exit and get your permit from Supervisor Lupabo.

She will then give you the Elastic Gel and you can unlock the Starlet Burst sketch or the Shrinking Outfit.

Craft the Shrinking Outfit

You can craft the Shrinking Outfit in exchange for four Starlit Plums, one Elastic Gel, four Lampblooms, and 600 Threads of Purity.

Starlet Burst Outfit and Evolutions

Talk to Supervisor Lupabo

Use the shrinking outfit's ability and talk to Supervisor Lupabo at the Wish Pass exit.

Leave the Wish Pass Office

Leave the Wish Pass Office via the exit tunnel. You will need to use the shrinking ability of the Starlet Burst outfit while going straight forward down the path and out of the tunnel.

Talk to Giroda at the Exit

Once you reach the exit, talk to Diroda and you have finally reached Wishing Woods!
