Fireworks Styling Challenges is part of the Carnival of Fireworks Event, released in Infinity Nikki Version 1.2 on January 23, 2025 (UTC -7).
This event is permanent, and will still be available after the conclusion of the Version 1.2 event through the Quest Journal, or by approaching Joya at the Sizzle & Spark Center.

How to Play Fireworks Styling Challenges
Complete Prerequisite Quest
To unlock this permanent event, players must first complete the quest "Fix the Hot Air Balloons" shortly after arriving in Firework Isles.

Participate in Styling Challenges
Once the event is unlocked, interact with Joya to start the event.
Each time players talk to Joya, she will invite Nikki to a Styling Challenge, each one with a different theme. Prepare your best outfits to match the different themes to advance!
All Fireworks Styling Challenges
Four Styling Challenges are available upon release, with one new challenge added after the start of Version 1.2. They can be accessed before and after the event by approaching Joya, or by opening the Quest Menu.

The 5-star outfit currently on rate-up, Dance Till Dawn, is a Fresh outfit that can be used for this challenge! Forest's Fluttering can also work if players have pulled it from the Distant Sea banner.

Wind of Purity is the most accessible Elegant outfit and our recommendation, as they can be unlocked in the Heart of Infinity.
The 5-star outfit Stardust Flare is currently on rate-up, and perfect to use for the challenge. Breezy Tea Time can be crafted, and can also be pulled from the Distant Sea banner.

Bubbly Voyage is also highly recommended for being unlockable in the Heart of Infinity during the Main Quest "Embark on an Unknown Journey". Crystal Poems is a 5-star outfit permanently available in the Distant Sea banner.

Shark Mirage is an outfit that can be pulled in the Distant Sea banner. Players who have pulled every now and then may have accumulated an article or two from this outfit set!
Wings of Wishes is a good Cool outfit to consider for those who pulled in the Celestial Wishes banner during Version 1.1. Midnight Vigil is also a good outfit to consider, as it is the 4-star outfit on rate-up in Skyward Bouquets.

Starwish Echoes is our recommended Sexy outfit for Step into the Moonlight, as it can be unlocked after from giving enough Dews of Inspiration to Kilo the Cadenceborn.
For other options, Flutter Storm is the first 5-star outfit on rate-up in the game, and was available in Version 1.0's Butterfly Dream banner. Dreamy Glimmer is also a limited-time Resonance outfit, available in the Bubbling Affections banner in Version 1.1!

Graceful Step in the Woods is a considerable difficulty spike in the Styling Challenges, especially with the significant increase in points needed to get a Perfect. It helps that there are three criteria needed this time around: Elegant, Fresh, and Linlang-themed outfits.
If you have Wishful Aurosa crafted as part of the Main Story Quest, level it up as much as possible via Glow Up, and make sure to have Eureakas equipped and leveled just to be sure. For more affordable options, Wind of Purity is the default Ability Outfit for Purification, while Radiant Night can be bought for free for a limited time during Version 1.2!

Steadfast Determination raises the difficulty even higher. It would be for the best to level your outfits via Glow Up to the maximum possible level, as well as the Eurekas for the additional point boost at the end. Another recommendation would be to pick an outfit set that have both Sweet and Cool stats as their two highest among the five.
This is perfect for Fiery Glow, as it highlights both Sweet and Cool, and it is crafted after getting its Sketch in the Heart of Infinity. For those who pulled on the previous Blooming Fantasy banner, Moment Capturer is a good pick. For a more premium option, those who have Froggy Fashion can raise its levels higher to clear this challenge.

The Midnight Phantom only has a Sexy theme, so the outfits from the previous Sexy challenge Step into the Moonlight can also work here. However, this time it is highly recommended to level up all the outfit pieces of the entire set to the highest possible level.
Also make sure to level up accessories and even Eurekas! Every point counts to reach this challenge's 60,000 point threshold!

Think of Basking in a Pink Glow as a harder version of Tribute to the Stars, with a much higher point requirement of over 70,000. Have your absolute best Elegant outfit ready, or Glow Up a couple of premium outfits if you happen to get quite a number of them.
Wishful Aurosa will need to be at Max and possibly even Evolved alongside proper Eurekas. A high-level Stardust Flare can possibly clear this as well. As for more convenient options, Radiant Night is free to get during the duration of Version 1.2, so do not forget to claim it and other Heartfelt Gifts!

Glorious Reunion is the final Styling Challenge in this event and quest. Its point requirement is close to the previous challenge, but it is still hard to achieve as this challenge also prefers Cute outfits on top of the Fresh aesthetic.
This final challenge is tailor-made for Dance Till Dawn, as it is a Fresh and Cute outfit to wear. If you don't happen to have this limited-time outfit, Blossoming Stars can work as the best Fresh outfit without the Cute category. For a more affordable option, Floral Memory will need to be boosted at its absolute max, alongside Fresh Eurekas.
Fireworks Styling Challenges Tips
Dress Up Nikki Based on Theme
To clear a Styling Challenge, Nikki must achieve a predetermined score using her outfits. The more aligned to the theme, the higher the score. Pay attention to the Styling Theme, and check what is the Recommended theme for the challenge.
Use Recommended Function
Making things easier is the Recommended Button during the Styling Challenge's dress-up portion. Using this automatically equips Nikki with all available apparel with the highest featured stat for the Styling Challenge!
Level Up Your Outfits
If Nikki's current best outfits do not met the required score, try upgrading them via Glow Up. The more upgrades added, the higher the base stats of her outfits, and that means more points for the Styling Challenge!

Completing all 10 Styling Challenges completes the Exclusive Quest part of the Fireworks Styling Challenge, The Guard and the Mysterious Changer. There is a separate set of rewards available from the winnings from each Styling Challenge!
