Equip the Starlet Burst Outfit

You will need to equip the Starlet Burst outfit by accessing your ability outfits in the game and choosing the Starlet Burst from the pinwheel menu.

Starlet Burst Outfit and Evolutions

Press the Main Ability Button of Your Controller or Keyboard to Shrink

Once you've equipped the Starlet Burst outfit, press the main ability button of your controller or keyboard so you can shrink and ride on Momo's back.
