Wishes and Delusions Quest Location
Go to Abandoned District
Wishes and Delusions is located at Abandoned District, in the region of Heartcraft Kingdom. Take the Skypass to the left of Handsome Lads Circus Warp Spire to get to the next island.

Wishes and Delusions Main Quest Information
Chapter 5 Main Quest
Wishes and Delusions is the fifth chapter of the main storyline, where you venture into the Abandoned District of the Pieceys to find Louise's father, Darthanion the Wish Collector.
Nikki also encounters Giovanni towards the end of this Chapter, where he tells her about the second Wish Collector.
