Talk to Timis at the blocked tunnel in Wishing Woods, just north from the Wish Pass exit you came from Mysterious Wishing Woods quest.

The Gooey Dewsin is located inside a tree trunk behind where Timis is. You will need to use the shrinking ability of the Starlet Burst Outfit to obtain the Gooey Dewsin.

Give the Gooey Dewsin to Timis, so she can start removing her cart that is blocking the tunnel.

Go to the Wish Inspection Center

Go to the Wish Inspection Center in Wishing Woods and look for the director. Upon arriving at the location, a cutscene with Boboda will occur.

Have a Styling Challenge with Boboda

Talk to Director Boboda once you're ready to begin the Styling Challenge. In the wardrobe, apply the Cool filter, then sort your clothes by Score. Try to aim for a Styling Score of at least 10,000 points.

If you have Eureka that can be equipped, please do so as it can further increase your Styling Score. Scoring as much as 10,000 points will successfully complete the challenge.

Give the Pass to Shada

Give the Auditing Station Access Permit to Shada, which will give you access to the Auditing Station. Note that you need to use the shrinking ability of the Starlet Burst Outfit to enter the Auditing Station.

Play the Wish-Guessing Game

Enter the Wish Auditing Station and play the Wish-Guessing game with Durida. The game is simple, you just have to talk to Durida and the Faewish Sprite will ask three questions. It will not matter what you answer, either if it's wrong or right because you will complete the game whatever answer you give to Durida.
