Ghost Train Dungeon Walkthrough | |
---|---|
1 | Once inside the Ghost Train Dungeon, follow the red carpet path that leads towards the Choo-Choo Train. Then, hop on the train and find Boldly-Going Nana. |
2 | Head to the left until you reach the last train cart. |
3 | Purify all the Esselings attacking Boldly-Going Nana. After the last Esseling has been defeated, the Choo-Choo Train will start to get moving. |
4 | Try to go through the obstacle courses while avoiding the ghosts lurking around in the Light Duty Flatbed area, which is the first challenge of the Ghost Train Dungeon. Also, make sure to look back occasionally as most Dews of Inspiration are hidden behind the crates and can be accessed by looking back. |
5 | In the Heavy Duty Flatbed challenge area, prioritize using the higher areas while you going through the obstacle courses and the gaps between the train cars. Keep going forward until you reach the Shipping Boxcar challenge area. |
6 | Once at the Shipping Boxcar challenge area, go to the roof of the train cars. Then, keep going forward while avoiding the steel poles coming right at you at a fast pace. |
7 | Quickly go through the Passenger Car challenge area. There will be no Esselings or obstacle courses in this area. |
8 | In the Train Control Room challenge area, move forward quickly as you will only have two minutes to get to the train conductor. |
9 | As you reach the last train car, you need to purify the Esselings that are harassing the train conductor. |
10 | Talk to the train conductor and a cutscene will occur where you will obtain the Aureum Vase. |
1 | Pass through the red passenger carriage, and make it past multiple ghosts. It's hidden behind crates, but there is a makeshift platform you can jump from to get here. |
---|---|
2 | Wait for the Ghost sign to veer to the side and enter the box that it is enclosed it. You can also time your jump from another platform to reach the top. |
3 | After getting the second Whimstar in the Ghost Train Ride, go further until you reach only the rooftops of the carriages. This is where obstacles begin to spawn. Look for a wooden panel on one of them; destroy it with a plunging attack to reach the Whimstar. |

I think this is the last set you're missing—it's on top of some crates in the first "section" past the initial passenger car you run through, before the big pop-out ghost swings down to block your path. Pic is facing backwards—you can see the red carpets of the entrance past the passenger car.

I take it back, looks like the above is already listed—hard to tell since the pics are cropped so close. There's a set behind one of the later big pop-out guys that might be the missing set, I recall having to wait til it popped down so you could get to the gap in the boxes behind it. I think you could jump out of there directly upwards so believe it's different than the one on your list with the 3 dews that mentions a pop-out guy.
