Overworld: Get Sent to the Nearest Warp Spire

If you run out of hearts while exploring Miraland, you will be teleported back to the nearest active Warp Spire.

Falling Inside a Dungeon
Much like in the overworld, you will be sent back to the nearest checkpoint if you die inside a dungeon.

Realm Challenge: Option to Retry

Getting Hit in Realm Challenge
Should you faint during a Realm Challenge, you will be given the option to retry the challenge or exit and return to the overworld. No Vital Energy will be spent for either option.

No Direct Penalty

Spawn Beside Warp Spire
Other than having to walk back to where you fainted or restarting a challenge, there are no direct penalties for dying. You will respawn with full health and all of your resources will remain intact.

You can restore hearts quickly by using consumables like Healing Nectar. Open up your backpack and equip a consumable for quick health recovery.

Let Time Pass

Keep Nikki safe from harm by letting time pass and she will replenish her health automatically after a few seconds. Remember to stop for a breather from time to time and your hearts will be topped up shortly.
