How to Unlock Fishing in Infinity Nikki

Get the Fishing Ability Outfit

Fishing can be unlocked as you progress the Unexplained Coma Incidents quest. Once Timis asks you to get her a Brushie, the Fishing Outfit sketch can be unlocked in the Heart of Infinity with 3 Whimstars!

To craft the Fishing Outfit, you'll need to collect a few Daisies, a Foodie Bee, some Floof Yarn, and Thread of Purity!

How to Fish in Infinity Nikki

1. Equip the Fishing Ability Outfit
2. Look for Ripples in the Water
3. Cast Your Fishing Line
4. Pull in the Opposite Direction
5. Reel in the Fish While it's Exhausted

Equip the Fishing Ability Outfit

Before you can go fishing, you'll need to switch your current ability. Be sure to equip or toggle to the Rippling Serenity outfit so you can use your fishing ability!

Look for Ripples in the Water

To find fish, you have to approach a body of water and look for ripples with a visible group of fish swimming around it. These are the only spots where you can go fishing.

Cast Your Fishing Line

After you've found a fishing spot, go ahead and cast your line into the water. You may need to wait for a bit until a fish takes a bite, but you'll be notified on the screen once it does!

Pull in the Opposite Direction

The fish on your line will attempt to get away. You'll need to exhaust the fish's stamina by pulling in the opposite direction of wherever it's going. The stamina meter by the fish will deplete and glow green to let you know when you're pulling in the right direction.

Reel in the Fish While it's Exhausted

Once the fish becomes exhausted, you can start reeling in the fish by repeatedly pressing the corresponding button on your controls. While you're reeling it in, you need to get the fish to reach the flag on the left side of the meter. If it gets too close to the right side, it'll escape.

Depending on the rarity of the fish, you may also need to repeat the process of exhausting the fish's stamina and reeling it in. Rarer fish will take longer to reel in, so always pay attention to the meter to avoid losing a big catch!

	Catch 100 fish

Players can obtain the Bronze trophy, Every Fish Counts by catching 100 fish. Keep note of different fishing spots so that you can always find more fish to catch and reach the trophy objective!
