The advanced chest in the Unboxing Thrill objective can be found on the second floor balcony of the Kingdom Guards' Office. You can reach the Kingdom Guards' Office by simply walking west from the Warp Spire in front of the Mayor's Residence!

Go to the In front of the Mayor's Residence Warp Spire and head west to reach the Kingdom Guards' Office.

Jump onto the small pillar by the office's entrance to get closer to the second floor balcony! You may need to hold your jump button to go high enough to reach the roof of the Kingdom Guards' Office.
