How to Unlock Sovereign of Fresh
Defeat Factions in Wishing Woods
To unlock the Faction Styling Challenge against Eltinada, defeat all factions within Wishing Woods! You'll only unlock all the clues for the Sovereign of Fresh once you defeat Sieyeda from Choir of Wishes.
Complete the Ultimate Freshness Quest
Once you defeat Sieyeda, he tells you about his concerns towards the Sovereign of Fresh. Thanks to this, he gives you the locations of Eltinada's followers, which will unlock the quest, Sovereign's Challenge! Ultimate Freshness.
Go to the Land of Starfall
Go to the far corner of the Wishing Woods to find the Land of Starfall. You could also check the Factions feature in the Pear-Pal and track Aoda! He should be at the Land of Starfall's entrance.
Pass the Faewish Sprite Tests
After knowing the plight of the Sovereign of the Fresh, you decide to help the Faewish Sprites. To prove your worth, you must defeat all three of them in a styling challenge.

Once you defeat all of the Faewish Sprites, they can now wake up Eltinada! Return to the pathway of the Land of Starfall where all the Faewish Sprites are gathered. Talk to them to unlock the Sovereign of Fresh!
Sovereign of Fresh Location
Located Next to Starlink Stone
Eltinada, the Sovereign of Fresh, is located at the Starlink Stone by the Land of Starfall. The Starlink Stone is a huge blue rock in the middle of the forest**. Approach it to start the styling challenge!
Only Available at Night
The Sovereign of Fresh is only available at night at 22:00 - 04:00. You can change the time using the Pear-Pal or by pressing wait at the meeting point. A dialogue will trigger once Eltinada is around.

Eltinada will have a total of 37,478 styling points, but you would need more than 79,704 points to get perfect points. Eltinada is the last Sovereign, so getting a perfect score is tough. You would need to max level Fresh outfits and Eurekas!
Recommended Outfits against Eltinada
The outfit types you need for Eltinada are Fresh and Pastoral outfits! The most free-to-play option would be the 5-star Dress and Glasses you can currently obtain in Croaker's Whisper Banner through the Deep Echoes rewards after 15 and 25 pulls! These are Drifting Foam and Azure Breeze.
Another great outfit for this would be the Blossoming Stars which is available in the Distant Sea Banner permanently!
How to Beat the Sovereign of Fresh's Followers
Pass Aoda's Test
During the Sovereign's Challenge! Ultimate Freshness quest, you need to defeat three Faewish Sprites to unlock the Sovereign of the Fresh.
The first sprite is Aoda who is located at the entrance of the Land of Starfall. Below are the details of his styling challenge.
