As part of the Choo-Choo Station Mystery main quest, you can obtain a Floragale Cloth by playing Ms. Wrench's Melody on the Silvergale Whistle.

Carefully listen to the puzzle to identify the order on how to attack the objects with your purifying orbs. Use them correctly to open the door leading to the Floragale Cloth.
