Go to Timis's Beauty Lab

Go to Timis's Beauty Lab in Wishing Woods, then talk to Timis and Giroda about the materials Captain Avicinda ordered. Timis says the Captain placed a large order for materials under the name Wish Master.

Timis's Beauty Lab Dungeon

Go to the High Ground to Get the Sparkling Highlighter

Go to the high ground near the waterfall, northwest of Timis's Beauty Lab, to get the Sparkling Highlighter. You need to use the shrinking ability of the Starlet Burst Outfit to climb the ropes that lead directly to the objective.

You also need to dodge the Pounceria and purify the Esselings surrounding the Sparkling Highlighter.

How to Get the Sparkling Highlighter

The Sparkling Highlighter is located on an elevated platform, northwest of Timis's Beauty Lab, and surrounded by Esselings.

From the beauty lab, head west until you see a river, cross the waters, and shrink to climb the ropes o the side of the mountain. Keep on climbing the ropes until you see a group of Esselings circled around the objective.

Go to the Grand Millewish Tree

Go to the Grand Millewish Tree located at the very center of Wishing Woods. Upon arriving at the entrance of the tree, talk to Vikda, and ask about the Wish Master.

Enter the Confetti Cannon and Launch Up the Tree

Enter the confetti cannon Vikda just cleaned and launch yourself up to the Grand Millewish Tree. You will need to use the shrinking ability of the Starlet Burst Outfit to use the confetti cannon.

You will need to launch yourself on three platforms until you reach the village area in the tree.
