Petals, Glide! is located at Stoneville, in the region of Heartcraft Kingdom. Teleport to the Gliding Training Stonetree Warp Spire to head to the quest marker immediately.

Wish Collector’s Crisis |
The Petals, Glide! main quest will be unlocked automatically after finishing the third part of Stonewoods and Flight's subquest, Wish Collector's Crisis Quest Guide
Heading to the Gliding Training Stonetree Warp Spire will bring you close to the quest marker, which is north of the spire.
Talk to Louise about her dad and she tells you your practice gliding route to get to Spindle on the oppposite side.
Once on the nearby platform, head up into the mountains to meet with Mr. Spindle.
He tells you about the Abandoned District and Prosperville before introducing you to Sealy, the village's Catapult Seal.
To get inside the Abandoned District, you will need to let Sealy catapult you into the air and glide towards the top of the moutain to get to the other side.
Once on top, head towards the Golden Fields Warp Spire to register it and to end this quest and Chapter 3.
