Found in Memorial Mountains

After the prologue, proceed to Memorial Mountains and interact with Kilo who is blocking the path. From there, the quest Hello, Cadenceborn! will begin.

Complete the quest by giving Kilo 2 Dews of Inspiration. Afterwards, players can collect Dews of Inspiration scattered across Miraland and give to Kilo for special rewards.
