Where is Afubo? is located at Wishing Woods, in the region of Heartcraft Kingdom. The quest can be found near the Wishcraft Lab, north of the Wish Inspection Center in Wishing Woods.

The Where is Afubo? main quest can be unlocked after completing the Target! Wish Inspection Center! quest and obtaining 66 Whimstars!
Target! Wish Inspection Center! Quest Guide
Go to the Wishcraft Lab to find Afubo. Upon arriving at the location, there will be a cutscene with Nunabo.
Follow Nunabo to the Mutated Vines gathering point and help purify the Esselings surrounding it. The Faewish Sprites will collect samples from the vines afterward.
Go to the Forest Cave near the Research Institute and find Afubo inside. The Forst Cave is located north of the Wishcraft Lab and northwest of the Mutated Vines gathering point.
