Power Outage Rescue is located at Florawish, in the region of Heartcraft Kingdom. Going to the Mayor's Residence, southeast of Florawish, will immediately start this quest.

Unexplained Coma Incidents Quest Guide
After the events of the Unexplained Coma Incidents, go to the Mayor's Residence to find Grace, southeast of Florawish. Upon approaching Grace, a cutscene will occur where Grace talks to two Croakers.
Acquire the Fully Charged sketch from the Heart of Infinity in exchange for one Whimstar. There will be a Whimstar located at the top of the Mayor's Residence.
Craft the Fully Charged outfit with the use of 4 Daisies, 1 Foodie Bee, 1 Floof Yarn, and 148 Threads of Purity. Obtaining the Fully Charged outfit will allow you the ability to fix power boxes and solve Electrical Repair games.
Power Boxes are like generators that can be found near locked areas.
After obtaining the Fully Charged outfit, go to the Well of Fortune, near the waterfalls northeast of Florawish. Talking to the Croaker near the waterfalls will give you the Key to the Well of Fortune.
Enter the Well of Fortune by opening the gates and jumping down the well. Once you jump down, a series of puzzles need to be completed.
Delve into the Well of Fortune by rescuing all the Croakers and try to restore the Power System by solving all the power box puzzles.

| 1 | Walk towards the corridor and turn left to enter another room. |
| 2 | Fix the power box in the next room. |
| 3 | Solve the Electrical Repair game, by turning the black squares until you connect the electricity from one end to the other end. |
| 4 | Cross the river by jumping on the lily pads while trying to avoid the Monroefin's bubbles. Once you get on the platform at the other end, a cutscene with a huge Croaker will occur. |
| 5 | Fix the second power box and solve the Electrical Repair game. |
| 6 | Jump over to the other platform to fix the third power box and solve the Electrical Repair game. |
| 7 |  Jump to the platform where the huge Croaker is sitting and talk to him to progress through the Well of Fortune. |
| 8 | Jump over the huge Croaker to reach the highest platform and continue walking towards the corridor at the top. |
| 9 | At the end of the corridor, head towards the right to enter a new room. |
| 10 | Once inside the new room, climb the stairs opposite the huge Croaker in the middle of the area, and walk towards the corridor until you reach another room with another power box. |
| 11 | Solve the fourth power box and Electrical Repair game. |
| 12 | Jump over the lily pads to get to the other side of the river. You will also need to avoid Monroefin's bubbles along the way. |
| 13 | Cross the river by talking to the Croaker nearby. The Croaker will let you ride its huge lily pad shortly after. |
| 14 | Walk towards the long corridor to reach the final room. Entering the final room will summon a huge Monroefin that will prevent you from reaching the Power System at the end of the room. |
| 15 | Complete the last obstacle course and reach the Power System at the platform at the far end of the room. Time your jumps patiently and you can use barrels or crates to give you an advantage in jumping over tall gaps of bubbles. |
After completing the Well of Fortune, meet up with Nonoy in front of the waterfall outside the well. She will ask you how the Power Outage Rescue went inside the Well of Fortune.
