Linking An Existing Account to PSN

Log-In Screen

To link an existing Infold and Infinity Nikki account to a PSN account, download and open the game on PS5. Upon reaching the log-in screen, select Use an Existing Account and follow the succeeding steps.

Do not choose to create an Infold Account on the PS5 log-in screen, as this will cause the PSN account to automatically create and link to a new Infold Account, making it unable to link to the existing one.

Linking a PSN Account to a New Email

To link a PSN account with game progress to an email, enter the game on the PS5 and open the Pear-Pal, then navigate to Customer Support at the bottom of the interface. Here, request to link your PSN account to an email of your choosing.

Note that the email to be linked to must not have been used to make an Infold account prior to linking, otherwise the accounts cannot be linked.

Linking a PSN Account and an email with an Infold account will allow players to carry their progress over the PS5 and other devices. Players will be able to maintain their game progress on any device with linked accounts.

As of writing, unlinking accounts from one another is not a supported feature for Infinity Nikki. The developers have released no statements on if it will become possible, but this page will be updated should that change!

Link Account Errors and Issues

Binding Failed Error

Infinity Nikki Official Account Linking Page

When linking accounts, a Binding Failed error message can appear, and the link can fail. The main issue that causes this is when the PSN Account has created an Infold Account and the email being linked to has an Infold Account.

Attempting to link a PSN account that created an Infold account and an email that has created an Infold Account will not work. Either the PSN account or the email should have no Infold Account associated with it to link properly.
