Alison's Travel Shop is located on the east side of Outskirts Forest, on the east end of Florawish. You can use the Wish Pass Office Warp Spire to get to the event area quickly.

Alison can be seen standing in front of a chopped-down tree log beside a couple of small Faewish Sprites statues and people dancing.

This event never spawned for me. I played every day but new horizons day tab never showed up on the events menu.
