Realm of Nourishment is the most significant source of Insight for the Heart of Infinity!
Realm of Eureka
Realm of Eureka is where you can get more Eureka to use or Eureka to upgrade other eurekas by completing platformer challenges!
Realm of Breakthrough
The Realm of Breakthrough is where you farm rare evolution materials by fighting Wish Master Chigda in Infinity Nikki.
Rewards Require Vital Energy
Successful Realm Challenges cost Vital Energy. You can keep doing Realm Challenges as often as your Vital Energy can support.

Interact with Warp Spires
You can access Realm Challenges using the Warp Spire. Interact with the spire to select which challenge you want to take on.
Note that certain challenges will be locked behind story progress, so just progress further into the story to eventually unlock all Realm Challenges.
