Max Barrow was Jacob's co-pilot on the cargo freighter. Together, they worked for the United Jupiter Company doing supply runs between Callisto and Europa. During their delivery run towards Callisto, they are boarded by the Outer Way terrorist organization and Max loses his life when they crash into Callisto.
