How to Equip the Biophage Skin

From the Character Skin Menu

How to Equip Skins and Outfits
1 Proceed to the Main Menu.
2 Open the Options in the Main Menu.
3 Select Gameplay and then Character Skin.
3 Pick the Biophage Skin to equip and use it in the game!

You should be able to equip the Biophage Skin by going to the Main Menu > Options > Gameplay > Character Skin. You will find it on the left side of the screen, along with other skins you have collected.

What to Do if You Can't Find the Biophage Skin

Some users have reported that Best Buy has cancelled the Biophage Skin preorder bonus, and still others have reported never receiving their skin at all. It may be a case of the skin being bugged, but there have been no official announcements regarding the situation thus far.
