Pre-Ordering the Day One Edition of The Callisto Protocol from Best Buy (US) and Amazon (UK) will get you the exclusive Biophage Skin for free.
On top of the Biophage Skin, players can expect the following additional bonuses:

You should be able to equip the Biophage Skin by going to the Main Menu > Options > Gameplay > Character Skin. You will find it on the left side of the screen, along with other skins you have collected.
Some users have reported that Best Buy has cancelled the Biophage Skin preorder bonus, and still others have reported never receiving their skin at all. It may be a case of the skin being bugged, but there have been no official announcements regarding the situation thus far.
