You can get the Outer Way Skin by purchasing the Season Pass of The Callisto Protocol. It contains the Outer Way Skin Collection as well as other exclusive bundles in the game.

You can also get a Season Pass if you purchase a Digital Deluxe Edition or Collector's Edition, aside from buying it separately from the main game.

How to Equip Skins and Outfits
1 Proceed to the Main Menu.
2 Open the Options in the Main Menu.
3 Select Gameplay and then Character Skin.
4 Choose the Outer Way Skin from your collection.

The Outer Way Skin should appear on the Character Skin Menu as soon as you get it in the game. You can easily equip it by going to the Main Menu > Options > Gameplay > Character Skin.
