Chasing the Cargo

At the start of the game, Jacob receives a job from the United Jupiter Company to deliver special cargo to Black Iron Prison. While en route to Black Iron Prison, Dani boards Jacob's ship to retrieve the cargo.

After some resistance from Jacob, Dani shoots at Jacob, breaking something in the ship and consequently crashing into Callisto.

Pursuing the Truth

Dani meets Jacob again after the events in the tram station and agree to escape Callisto together. They go back to the crash site of Jacob's ship and investigate.

Dani thinks that the cargo Jacob was carrying is the cause of the outbreak in Black Iron Prison. Along the way, they slowly uncover the secret the United Jupiter Company has been hiding, until they meet Ferris.

Infection and Cure

Dani is infected after she and Jacob escapes from Ferris. Dr. Mahler agrees to help cure Dani by telling Jacob that he needs to retrieve a sample from the Alpha specimen. Jacob eventually obtains a sample and is able to cure Dani.
