Progress Through the Story to Upgrade Your Suit

You must reach a certain point in the campaign to upgrade your inventory space. In the chapter Lost, you will eventually be presented with an upgrade for your suit. The new suit doubles your inventory space and increases your maximum health.

Press the Inventory Button to Open the Inventory

Inventory Screen

How to Open Inventory
(Controller)		 Press Up on the D-Pad to go to the Inventory Screen.
How to Open Inventory
(Keyboard)		 Press Tab to go to the Inventory Screen.

The controls above are the default mapping. It is important to note that opening your inventory does not pause the game and enemies are still able to attack you. You will need to hit pause if you need a breather.
