Dr. Caitlyn Mahler is a Support Character in The Callisto Protocol. She is the Chief Medical Officer in Black Iron Prison and a co-conspirator of the virus attack on Callisto and Europa. Read on to learn more about this character's role in the story!

As the Chief Medical Officer in Black Iron Prison, it was Dr. Mahler's duties to fit and monitor all CORE devices of the inmates and personnel. Throughout most of the playthrough, we find audio logs depicting her findings about what happened in the prison.

Later on the story, we learn that Dr. Mahler had begun experimenting on the inmates. Using a sythesized version of the original alien virus, Dr. Mahler had been a key element in the Warden's plan to recreate Subject Zero.

Dr. Mahler wishes to make amends for all the trouble she has caused in aiding the Warden. She starts by giving Jacob a chance to save Dani from the infection. She has since accepted her fate within the walls of Black Iron Prison.
