Currently, there is no way to skip cutscenes in The Callisto Protocol. The reason behind these unskippable cutscenes is likely because each of them flows smoothly into and out of gameplay and sometimes features quick-time events which players must complete to progress.

No News Regarding Skipping Cutscenes

As of December 5, 2022, there have been no official statements or announcements regarding the addition of a cutscene skip feature for The Callisto Protocol.
