* keep in mind that the build force to max out the dmg done with elements and critical hits. driftstones are flexible in armor spots but i recommand the number of ability perks. try to get attack boost at lagoon pukei head and critical eye at kulu greaves for sharing the ability between the five builds. ** i recommand to force the T4 critical eye with driftstones at the dragon long sword build to negate the -affinity = negate the chance to do reduced dmg per hit

in summary we get lock on, water attack 5, critical eye 4, weakness exploit 2 and attack boost 3. it means we get a boost for 500 dmg on element, 60 raw dmg increase and 50% critical strike chance (30% from CE + 20% from weapon) with an increase about 25% to 75% critical strike chance on weak spots (lock on will help here!) for all other elements you can rebuild this with some light changes on mail (!), braces (!), coil (!) and greaves
i find some better long sword in my opinion. my goal is getting: lock on, t5 element, t4/5 critical eye (CE), t2 weakness exploit (WE) and fill up with attack boost (AB) water long sword weapon: mizutsune (10-20% affinity) hat: lagoon pukei - lock on and t2 WE - stone with AB mail: jyura - t1 water attack - stone with CE braces: jyura - t2 water attack - stone with CE coil: rath heart - t2 CE - stone with AB greaves: jagras - t2 water attack - stone with AB
