Crossplay was already available on early access and is now on the game's actual release on the 19th of November. You can enable or disable it by going through the Options screen and changing it under the General tab.

Crossplay can be toggled on or off when you go to your Options menu. Go inside All-Out Warfare, Hazard Zone, or the Portal to access the Options menu.
