After obtaining the Vinyl Glue, the Broken Vinyl Record, and the Broken Vinyly Record (2), combine all three to get the Glued Up Vinyl Record, one the three main items used in solving the Jukebox Puzzle in Neely's Bar, East South Vale.
How to Get Vinyl Glue
Head to Neely Street's Groovy Music Store
Head into the Groovy Music Store near the north end of Neely Street. Once inside, break the glass window at the back of the main store, allowing entry into the lounge area.
Eastern South Vale Walkthrough
Obtain Vinyl Glue Atop a Table
After vaulting over, players can find the Vinyl Glue and the Broken Vinyl Record (2) atop a wooden table surrounded by three chairs.
