The Code is 2, 3, 1
The code for opening the decorative box is 2, 3, 1, entered from top to bottom corresponding to a row marked as Q1, Q2, and Q3. The code refers to the answers to the Trick or Treat Elevator Quiz asked during a ride in the Brookhaven Hospital Otherworld.
The answer does not change based on difficulty level, so you are free to use this code regardless of what you choose.

If you enter a wrong code into the decorative box, it locks forever barring you from taking its content for that playthrough! Be careful about inputting the corrent code, or if you accidentally misclicked a button reload to the most recent save.
Where to Find the Decorative Box
Found in the Pharmacy on the First Floor
The decorative box is found inside the Pharmacy on the First Floor of the Brookhaven Hospital while in the Otherworld version. Do not mistake this for the Fog World version - this one should come after a boss fight.

Shotgun Shells and Syringes
Opening the decorative box rewards players with 5 Shotgun Shells and 2 Syringes. This will help a lot during their exploration especially when dealing with more powerful enemies in the late game.
