Upon entering Neely's Bar, players will encounter a cloth-covered object by the far wall. Interacting with it will reveal a Jukebox, and interacting with it again will cause players to discover the Broken Vinyl, while the machine malfunctions afterwards.
To fix the Broken Vinyl, players will need to enter the Groovy Record Store, also on Neely Street. There will be a table in the back part of the store that has both Vinyl Glue and the other half of the Broken Vinyl.
Combine the items to form a Glued Up Vinyl, which can be placed into the Jukebox.
There are other parts needed to operate the Jukebox as well. The missing Jukebox Button can be found in a room on the 3rd Floor of Saul Apartments, hidden in a hole in the wall of a bathroom. To reach this area, make sure to grab the Apartment Key from the wall to unlock room 5.
The coin needed to select a song at the Jukebox is located in the cash register of the Texan Cafe, on the corner of Lindsey St. and Katz St.. Turn the key in the register, then press the bottom-right button to open the register.
Return to Neely's Bar and interact with the Jukebox. There will be three components in it's exposed bottom half that players can interact with. Align the Green component with the Red one, such that the Red component can slide onto the Green one's prongs when moved.
Once the two are connected, turn the Green component back, out of the way of the Blue component. Put the Blue component down, then turn the Green Component back towards the front. If done correctly, players will be prompted to insert the Glued Up Vinyl.
Once the Glued Up Vinyl is placed into the record stack, the records will rise into the top half of the Jukebox. Insert the Neely's Bar Coin and Jukebox Button to be able to select the plate that the Glued Up Vinyl is on.
Press the C switch then the 2 button to play the Glued Up Vinyl using the Jukebox for a short cutscene.
The Jukebox is found in Neely's Bar, on the eponymous Neely Street in Eastern South Vale. To solve the puzzle, players will need to collect items to repair both the Broken Vinyl and the Jukebox itself. This puzzle is required to progress through the story.
Eastern South Vale Walkthrough and Maps
Solving the Jukebox puzzle will award players with the Neely's Bar Key, which can be used to unlock the locked door in Neely's Bar. This allows players further access into the town.
