To reach the Employee Section, you must first acquire the Employee Elevator Key, which you only get after solving the Suitcase Puzzle.

There is a Gem Box within the Manager's Office in the Employee Section. You need to find 3 gemstones and solve the Gem Box Puzzle to obtain the codes for the safe.

You do not have any weapons during this segment, so be careful of roving enemies as you seek out the gemstones.

After acquiring the Snow White, Cinderella, and Little Mermaid figurines, all that's left is to solve the Music Box Puzzle and obtain the 3F Corridor Key.

The key releases the 3F Corridor Padlock and gives you access to Room 312, which also progresses the game.
