Collect the Code Note in the Doctor's Lounge

Go to the Doctor's Lounge on the first floor of the hospital. Once inside the room, you'll find the Keypad Combination Note pinned to a noticeboard. This will serve as your clue for opening the Nurses Station door.

Input the Keypad Code on the Door

Head to the Nurses Station and enter the code on the door's keypad. The correct code will be 3578 for Standard, and 7456 for Hard.

The Nurses Station is on the second floor of Brookhaven Hospital. You can find this room shortly after arriving in the building but the puzzle will prevent you from accessing it right away.

Access to Nurses Station and Treatment Room

After entering the right code into the keypad, you will be able to enter the Nurses Station. Here, you'll find some Handgun Ammo and a door that leads to the Treatment Room. The Moldy Radiograph needed for the X-Ray puzzle can be collected from a bathtub inside this room.
