To solve the Music Box puzzle, you must put the Little Mermaid on the top slot, the Cinderella figurine on the right spot, and the Snow White figurine on the left. You still need to look for the figurines though as they are scattered around Lakeview Hotel.

The discs are then arranged so the figurines arrive at the doors nearest them. They will follow the path dictated by the discs, so you have to rotate and align each one properly.

Know Where Each Figurine Go

The goal of this puzzle is to put the correct figurine into the appropriate doors based on the riddle found on the music box. The hints become more complex as you make the difficulty harder, but door assignments for each figurine do not change!

James will also need to look for the three figurines that will go into the slots.

Once you have identified the doors each figurine should go, arrange the discs so that the figurines follow the lines from their slots and end at their appropriate doors.

Place the Figurines On the Slots

After fixing the plates, you can now put the figurines into their appropriate slots so that when the music box is wound, each figurine will end at its proper doors!

Snow White will go to the left slot, Little Mermaid on the center slot, and Cinderella goes to the right slot.

Wind the Keys and Play the Music

Once the proper setup for the figurines and plates is done, wind up each key beside the hints to play the music box! The key to the 3F Corridor will fall from the music box afterwards.

Where to Find the Cinderella Figurine

Obtain From a Fireplace in the Conference Room

The Cinderella Figurine is found inside a fireplace in the Conference Room on the Third Floor of Lakeview Hotel. You will need two keys to ultimately unlock the fireplace: the key to Room 107, and the Fireplace Key.

The Room 107 Key Is In Same Room

The key to Room 107 is found in the Conference Room, the same room as the fireplace. It is taped onto a clipboard with a note about Room 107, attached on top of the fireplace as well for easy access.

The Fireplace Key is in the Gazebo Outside

Finally, go to Room 107 and open it. The fireplace key is found inside a gazebo in the garden outside Room 107. You must fight various enemies to get to it and you'll see the key on top of a mop bucket.

Go Back to the Fireplace

Once obtained, you must go to the Conference Room and use the fireplace key to open the fireplace. You will see the Cinderella Figurine inside, ready to be used for the Music Box puzzle.

Where to Find the Little Mermaid Figurine

The Little Mermaid Figurine is at the Basement

To get the Little Mermaid figurine, James will have to get the Hotel Safe Code to get the Basement Key and get access to the basement level.

The basement level is accessed from the Employee Section of the Hotel.

Get the Pump Valve in the Maintenance Room

After going down to the basement floor, you will need to navigate to the maintenance room. Be careful, there is a Mandarin wandering about this floor!

Once inside, get the Pump Valve to use later on.

Access the Boiler Room Using the Pump Valve

After acquiring the Valve, approach the boiler room and turn off the gas leak blocking the entrance with the pump valve.

Get the Venus Tears Bar Key

Enter the Boiler Room and get the Venus Tears Bar key. It will be hanging on the red pipe of the boiler itself so it'll be hard to miss.

Enter the Bar and Use the Valve Again

After getting the key, you should be able to open the door to Venus Tears Bar via the kitchen. Get the pump valve used previously and use it again to disable the gas leak.

Pick Up the Little Mermaid Figurine

Once inside, look left and you'll see a waterlogged jukebox in front of a broken aquarium.

Approach the broken jukebox and pick up the Little Mermaid figure under the shallow water. Exit the bar and return to the music box!

Where to Find the Snow White Figurine

Complete the Mirror Puzzle in the Hotel

To get the Snow White figurine, James must solve the mystery behind the mirror puzzle in Lakeview Hotel. The puzzle is found in Room 202 and solving it will unlock Room 201 where the Snow White Figurine is located.

Hotel Music Box Location

Found at the Lobby of Lakeview Hotel

The music box is located at the center of the Lakeview Hotel lobby. The cabinet itself is locked and you have to find the Ornamental Key to unlock it.

Get the Ornamental Key From the Check-In Counter

To unlock the Music Box, you must get the Ornamental Key from the check-in counter. It is found inside the letter boxes to the right of the save point so it is hard to miss!

Music Box Puzzle Rewards

3F Corridor Key

After solving the puzzle, James will get a key to access the Hotel's third-floor corridor. This unlocks a new area in the hotel to progress the story.
