Blue Creek Apartments Walkthrough

• Locate the Grandfather Clock
• Obtain the Hour Hand
• Obtain the Minute Hand

Locate the Grandfather Clock

Exit the room you landed in through the blue door and turn left to find a Map to Blue Creek Apartments on a bulletin board. Afterward, continue down the hall until you reach a dead end, where you will need to break the wall using your wooden plank. Pass through and head for the blue door on the far left.

Follow the linear path to the only open room at the hall's end, where you will discover your first save point and the Grandfather Clock in room 212 which you will need to solve piece by piece to progress the area.

Obtain the Hour Hand

Enter room 203, pass through to room 205, and exit through the window to the fire escape. Climb the stairs and crawl through a small space into room 303. Head to room 307 to find a radio in a cage, which you must lower using a valve in the next room that is missing its part.

Exit through the orange door and hop into another room via a window. Inside, find the Apartment 306 Key and turn the valve to open the door and head to room 306. Crawl through a small space connected to room 304, then turn another valve inside the room to open the door. Dislodge the Valve, then return to room 307 to lower the radio, collect the Hour Hand, and place it in its correct position on the Grandfather Clock.

Obtain the Minute Hand

Placing the hour hand correctly will open the door to room 210. Make your way there, break through the wall in the kitchen, and fish through the toilet bowl in the bathroom to obtain the Minute Hand.

Solve the Seesaw Puzzle in Room 210

Make your way back to room 210 and solve the Seesaw Puzzle. To do this, you will need to find the Pigeon Figurine and combine the Wooden Swan Head with the Malformed Figurine Part and insert them on the scale in room 210. Adjust the swan's position until they become balanced to obtain a Winged Key which you can use on the door adjacent to the puzzle.

Return to the Second Floor

Jump through the hole behind the unlocked door, land on the first floor, and exit through a crack in the wall. Head to room 109, trigger a cutscene with Angela, and collect the Key of Resilience on the desk where she leaves her knife.

Use the key to unlock the white double doors into the apartment lobby, navigate your way toward the stairwell by passing through room 101, and climb upstairs to room 212. Place the Minute Hand on its correct position on the Grandfather Clock to unlock room 202.

Obtain the Second Hand

Once inside room 202, enter the correct combination on the locked door at the right side of the room. The solution corresponds to the number of symbols that appear on each moth in the room. Once unlocked, reach into the hole inside the office to obtain the Second Hand. Return to room 212 and place the last hand on the Grandfather Clock which will unlock the doors to the first floor lobby when placed correctly.

Leave Blue Creek Apartments

Head back to the first floor and go through the double doors with an S carved into it, to reveal Pyramid Head blocking James' only exit. During this encounter, avoid shooting him; instead dodge his attacks and keep your health up until an alarm forces him to leave. Follow him through the metal doors and exit Wood Side Apartments into the foggy streets of Western South Vale.
