Blocked Tunnel	Look for the blocked tunnel after getting past the Silent Hill Ranch and Auto Parts door.
Do Not Enter Sign	Look for the Do Not Enter sign at the end of Vachss Road in Eastern South Vale.
Blood on the Street	The blood on the street outside the house on Martin Street in Eastern South Vale. The house where the radio can be found.
Dumpster	The dumpster in front of the Woodside Apartments.
Writings on the Wall	The writings on the wall at the west end of Katz St. in Eastern South Vale.

Map	Location
Scratches on the Wall	The scratches on the wall inside Room 213 at 2F of Wood Side Apartments. Need to use the 2F Hallway Key to access the room.

Door With Metal Bars	Look for the door with metal bars along Carroll St., behind Pete's Bowl-O-Rama in Western South Vale.
Pizza	Interact with the pizza inside Pete's Bowl-O-Rama in Western South Vale.

Map	Location
Laundry Bin	Look for the laundry bin in the Laundry Room in 2F of Brookhaven Hospital.
Bed With Chains	Interact with the bed with chains on top of it inside Room M1 in 2F of Brookhaven Hospital.
Typewriter	The Typewriter inside the Medical Records Room in 1F of Brookhaven Hospital, which is in the same room with the Marked Bracelet. To access the Medical Records Room Obtain the L1 Room Key to unlock Room L1, use the hospital cart to climb through the window, then climb down the wall in the Utility Room.
Destroyed Fence Gate	Look for the destroyed fence gate on the rooftop of Brookhaven Hospital. It can be seen from the railings on the west side from the rooftop door.
Blood Stains on the Wall	The blood stains on the walls inside Room I3 in 3F of Brookhaven Hospital.

Hanging Rope and a Noose on the Floor	Find the hanging rope and noose on the floor inside a secret room in Rotten Area of the Labyrinth. From the suspended cage, go through the door on the west, walk through the corridor with a lot of bugs, and destroy the wall to get inside the secret room.
